  1. Hi,
I have UDR 7104, can you please tell me the mobile app name or url that I can see live on my phone please?

    Kind regards,

    1. Hi Akina, this is on our front page of the website :-
UNIMO Customers ...... We have notice that the number
of customers that are having problems with their iRAMS
App with the new iOS11, have increased. So to answer
your questions about this, we recommend the use of
UCMS or UCMS PRO they are both a purchased APP, but
they both work great. The PRO version allows you to view,
on your mobile device recorded images, something that
the old iRAMS never did! I hope you find this
      information useful.
As these DVRs have not been manufactured for many years
there are no guarantees that any apps now work!

  2. Hello, when I open my UDR-7104 4 Ch DVR via the RAMS H264 app on my laptop via an ethernet connection, the apps starts then crashes.
Just recently, when I opened the app and put in the password, it fails, until I put the password in the second time, then it opens up.
But now, when I open the app, it starts then crashes, and just recently as well, I could view live, but when I went to look at saved video, the app would crash and close up, now just open and crashing straight away.

    1. Hi Richard,

Sorry that you are having these issue.
Basically the UNIMO product, has not been
manufactured nor supported for over 5 years
now. On this website are the last and therefore
the most recent firmware available for your DVR.
The only suggestion I can give to you is to update
your firmware should it be older then what is
available, here. Should the firmware be up to date
the only other suggestion would be top upgrade your
surveillance system to a NVR system. The other thing
to try is to run a compatiblity setting for this app
back to say Windows 7 or even XP! That may help
      with the crashing!
